When I stayed there in September of 2021, the hotel was undergoing extensive renovations.

In fact, there was a diver in the aquarium renovating it (it was still full of water and fish).

Good news no one was badly hurt.

I feel sorry for the hotel team there (and the fish).

I spent several nights at this Radisson when it first opened. The lobby with the aquarium was beautiful … but I wondered about the huge maintenance expense (and turns out liability) of the thing. The ROI couldn’t have been much. Loved the hotel itself. What an awful thing to happen, especially in the winter. Such good news that nobody was hurt.
