You should come across to the Finnair Premium Lounge in the none-Schengen area of the Helsinki Airport. It does have a sauna, mixed-gender. Nice experience, sampled it on Saturday 🙂

SAS have introduced some ‘craft beers’ from Denmark on their flights but still not incentive enough to cause me to drink alcohol on the flight (self imposed rule)
