At the risk of sounding ungrateful I was upgraded from ‘C’ to ‘F’ on a recent flight rom Sydney and looked forward to making an objective review. This was on BA’s 777, Crew very good including a visit and a chat with a younger female CSD. Food ok but not exceptional. Now the product. Again at the risk of sounding bias with the exception of the space the ‘F’ product could have been CX’s Bus Class. When I look at BA’s ‘F’ fares they are way above what the product offers. It was a pity because I would liked to have made glowing remarks but you can’t. It was a good example of understanding of the people who run BA today or as one CSD remarked we used to be innovators and now we aren’t and probably never will be. CX’s first, seen not tried, appears to be in a different league
