Perhaps ‘Charisse’ is related to our good friend, the Nigerian Bank Manager (who has £100,000 residing in an account waiting just for our details plus a small upfront payment to release the funds…….)

Seasoned, you’re clearly from a very poor branch of the family. My dead relatives who keep dying in the strangest of West African places, have accounts with at least £10 million in them 😉

Londoncity is right, only the USA & EU have legal compensation regimes however Asia is slowly evolving toward such laws.In Philippines at Easter much of the population visits relatives and CebuPacific overbooked excessively causing distress for those who never flew, they have been required to compensate their pax.The same airline asks pax to sign a ‘no responsibility’ form & the polite Filipinos do & can’t claim for lost luggage.Thats illegal too of course so refuse to sign-unless its an unpacked mirror then an airline isn’t liable!
