Clearly everyone uses an airline to get somewhere safely so to suggest otherwise is obtuse.

In fact, I said I treated myself and my husband to CE as I was having surgery in Prague. Clearly this means not going on a business trip and therefor rarely use CE
When one spends hundreds of pounds for CE per person each way compared to ET then I think one has the right to complain when service is akin to ET. But hey ho, that’s just me.
