FDOS_UK, I know exactly what apologist means – do you know what irony means? I am just amused by the Pavlovian response to anything BA from the same group of posters so thought you needed a collective descriptor.

You were being sarcastic, rather than ironic.

By the way, how do you think Pavlovian (classic) dconditinog works Would you help me out and increase my understanding? (hint, that is Scoratic irony).

Sent an email this morning to Alex Cruz office to enquire when the South Lounges are due to open.
Got a quick reply that ” the final work is in progress and they will be opened shortly. Alternative lounge is available”
Of course while GIP is paying BA compensation on a daily rate they will be slow to open the new lounges!
    Dreadful…after a year of planning…are we eurprised?!

Forget the Merolest. I for one miss VintageKrug 😉

Personally, I prefer Laurent Perrier Grand Siecle.

And it has the advantage of being still available, not removed from the cellar for whatever reason (though I am imagine there was a very good reason).

BTW, the champagne removed from CE was not Vintage Krug!
