Fraser Suites Al Liwan Bahrain
Frasers Hospitality’s third property in the Kingdom of Bahrain is housed within the Al Liwan, and features 63 apartments and lobby cafe concept N’ovetto.
Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya
Japan’s second Hyatt House property is located in Tokyo’s Shibuya district, and features 126 apartment-style guestrooms, as well as Moss Cross Tokyo restaurant and H Bar.
Radisson RED Belgrade
The first property under the Radisson RED brand in Southeast Europe is located on Belgrade’s Takovska Street near the House of the National Assembly, and features 88 rooms, a restaurant, rooftop bar and co-working space.
SIRO One Za'abeel
The first property from Kerzner International’s new wellness hospitality brand is located within Dubai’s One Za’abeel development, and features minimalist rooms and a range of fitness and recovery facilities including a cycle studio and Cryotherapy treatments.
Warren Street Hotel
Firmdale Hotels’ third New York property is located in downtown Tribeca and features 69 rooms, suites and residences, as well as an all day dining brasserie restaurant and artwork by sculptors Tony Cragg and Wendell Castle.
ibis Istanbul Sisli
Situated in Sisli on the European side of Istanbul, this 119-room hotel features a fitness centre, spa facilities and Charlie’s Corner restaurant and bar with indoor and outdoor seating.
Thompson Houston
This 172-room new-build hotel is located in Houston’s Fourth Ward, and features a rooftop infinity pool, spa facilities, French brasserie Chardon, upscale supper club Buck 40 and all day dining restaurant Sol 7.
Tempo by Hilton Nashville Downtown
The second property under Hilton’s “approachable” lifestyle brand Tempo features 306 rooms, a rooftop bar and pool, Bluestone Lane Cafe, and two immersive Topgolf Swing Suites.
Moxy Halifax Downtown
Marriott’s first Moxy hotel in Canada features 160 rooms, Bar Moxy, 1,520 square feet of events space, and a steel lion sculpture in the hotel’s entrance referencing the Nova Scotia flag.
Novotel Sihanoukville Holiday Resort
The first Novotel property in Cambodia is located on on Independence Beach in the coastal city of Sihanoukville, and features an outdoor swimming pool and four F&B venues including Domrei Bar & Cigar Lounge.
The Lana, Dubai
Dorchester Collection’s first hotel in the Middle East overlooks Dubai’s Marasi Bay Marina, and features 225 rooms, four F&B outlets including the rooftop High Society restaurant and bar, and a forthcoming Dior Spa.
Radisson Safari Hotel Hoedspruit
Radisson Hotel Group’s first Safari property in Africa has views of the Drakensberg mountains and features 138 rooms, an outdoor pool, and three F&B options including South African and Lebanese-inspired Mirage restaurant.
Hotel Indigo La Paz Puerta Cortés
This 115-room hotel is situated in the city of La Paz in the Mexican state of Baja California Sur, and features a beach club, outdoor pool, two restaurants and access to El Cortés Golf Club.
citizenM Austin Downtown
Located on Colorado St close to the city’s Lady Bird Lake and Congress Avenue, this 344-room hotel features a rooftop pool and bar, and the group’s signature canteenM bar.
