An exceptionally smooth gin with resinous juniper and zesty citrus. There are herbal and floral notes coming through. The flavours are well integrated creating a creamy, complex and well-balanced gin.

For the perfect G & T try it one part gin to two parts tonic, a little ice and a garnish of red grapefruit. Rainbow Gin is so smooth it can be enjoyed neat, it also makes a fabulous gin Martini with a just a splash of vermouth.
