Millennium Hotels and Resorts has opened The Biltmore Hotel Villas in Dubai. Comprising a collection of 20 luxury five-star hotel villas, the property is located close to the Mall of the Emirates.
It is the first Biltmore Hotel Villas project in the world. Options at the property include three-bedroom villas, ideal for smaller groups or families, while four-bedroom villas offer additional space for larger groups.
There are also two five-bedroom villas wherein guests will have access to a rooftop area that could be used for gatherings and entertaining. Additionally, one of these villas features a grand piano in the entrance hall, while the other boasts a pool table. Both five-bedroom villas also offer a fully-equipped kitchen wherein meals can be prepared either by a private chef or dedicated staff.
Every villa at this hotel is equipped with amenities including a private swimming pool, terrace, spa bath, and a cinema room. Also, there are private parking garages in the basement.
Guests at the The Biltmore Hotel Villas can avail of a range of typical hotels services including 24×7 security surveillance, room service, front desk assistance, premium concierge services, cleaning services, and the option for a dedicated butler and private chef too upon request.
The Biltmore Hotel Villas has two onsite restaurants including Brasserie that overlooks a courtyard and water feature, and the Alps which is an all-day dining venue. It also has a spa, Coya, and a gym.

Millennium Hotels and Resorts, Middle East and Africa currently operates almost 50 hotels and 15,000 keys, in addition to 32 hotels which are in the development pipeline across the region.
Millennium Hotels signs standalone branded residences project in Dubai
Last year, Millennium signed an agreement with UAE based GJ Real Estate to develop The Biltmore Sufouh Residences in Dubai. Located on the emirate’s arterial Sheikh Zayed Road, next to the Al Sufouh community, The Biltmore Sufouh Residences will have views of the coast, Burj Al Arab and the Palm Jumeirah. Scheduled to open in 2025, the 44-floor development will include 408 one-, two- and three-bedroom residences.
