Whitbread has opened the latest London property under its city centre-focused hub by Premier Inn brand.
The 294-room hub by Premier Inn London Marylebone is located on the corner of Old Marylebone Road and Marylebone Road, close to Edgware Road Underground station.
Features include compact rooms around half the size of a standard Premier Inn room, and a ground floor Lounge space. Rooms towards the top of the 13th floor building also enjoy skyline views of the capital.
Whitbread launched its Hub by Premier Inn brand in 2013, with the first hotel opening in Covent Garden in 2014 (for our review from early 2015 click here).
There are now 13 hub by Premier Inn hotels in London and three in Edinburgh, with forthcoming developments including a property at 5 Strand.
I have reviewed two London hub properties in recent years, and found the concept to be well thought out and delivered, with technology that works, good shower facilities and a comfortable bed.
