Hilton is set to add its first property in the northern French city of Lille next year.

The former Crowne Plaza Lille Euralille is available to book via hilton.com from 1 November – initially operating as the independent Hotel Lille EuraLille before becoming the Hilton Lille in summer 2024 following renovations.

The 124-room hotel is located next to Gare de Lille-Europe, with its Eurostar and TGV connections.

Features will include Europa restaurant and COOPER bar, as well as a new executive lounge, and 360 sqm of meeting and events space.

There are currently 23 Hilton group properties trading in France, including the recently opened Canopy by Hilton Cannes.

Commenting on the news Patrick Fitzgibbon, senior vice president, development, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Hilton, said:

“Hilton’s portfolio in France is on a steep growth trajectory, and we now have more than 45 hotels trading or under development.

“This growth is fuelled by demand for our brands, allowing us to develop our portfolio of properties in a number of important destinations.

Lille is a thriving market, and Hilton Lille will be an exciting arrival when it welcomes guests next year.”
