Al Khoory Hotels, the hospitality division of Al Khoory Group, has announced the opening of its latest four-star property, Al Khoory Courtyard Hotel in Dubai.
Located on Al Waha Street, off Sheikh Zayed Road, the rooms in the 158-key property are categorised into eight configurations, ranging from superior and deluxe rooms to premium and Courtyard suites. The rooms have complimentary wifi, a 43-inch interactive HD TV, and an integrated guest room management system.
Guests can avail of four dining offerings at the property including the flagship Al Baha Levantine Restaurant which serves a range of hot and cold mezze, grills, manakeesh and Levantine food. In addition, Spices is an all-day diner that serves Indian cuisine. The lobby café and Shalal Café and Lounge are available for light bites throughout the day.
The hotel also features a spa and rooftop infinity pool with views of the Burj Khalifa. The hotel has a fully-equipped gym, @Calories, with a separate male and female sauna facilities, a steam room, and massage and therapy rooms which are part of Yasmine Spa.
The hotel is Shariah-compliant, and all rooms are non-smoking with connecting room facilities available. “We have taken the conscious decision to guarantee families feel at home at the Courtyard Hotel by ensuring all rooms are smoke-free, adding extensive kids’ menus to our restaurants, and providing babysitting facilities,” said Hamed Mohamed Tayeb Mohamed Khoory, director of Al Khoory Group.
Al Khoory Courtyard also provides a complimentary business centre access, with an added advantage being the hotel’s proximity to business hubs such as DIFC and the Dubai World Trade Centre.
Al Khoory Hotels’ current portfolio includes the 144-key Al Khoory Hotel Apartments and the 227-key four-star Al Khoory Atrium Hotel in Al Barsha; the three-star, 221-key Al Khoory Executive Hotel in Al Wasl; the two-star, 69-key Bur Dubai-located Al Khoory Inn, the three-star, 92-key Urban Al Khoory in Al Quoz; and the four-star Al Khoory Sky Garden Hotel which features 279 keys and is less than 5km from Dubai International Airport.
