Jet2 has announced plans for new routes, additional capacity and extra aircraft at Edinburgh airport.
Flights to Chambery have been added for the next two winter ski seasons, with weekly 23/24 services starting on 10 February, 2024, and 24/25 services starting on 21 December, 2024.
New summer 2024 schedules to Rome and Malta have also been released, with twice weekly flights to the Italian capital starting on 8 March, 2024, followed by weekly services to Malta from 1 May next year.
And for winter 24/25 there will be twice weekly flights to Prague operating between 3 October, 2024 and 27 March, 2025.
The group will base a seventh aircraft at Edinburgh airport next summer, and will offer up to 96 weekly flights during peak periods to 32 destinations, with a 20 per cent capacity increase compared to summer 2024.
Highlighted route frequencies include:
- Lanzarote (five flights per week)
- Malaga (five flights per week)
- Antalya (six flights per week)
- Bodrum (two flights per week)
- Larnaca (two flights per week)
- Gran Canaria (three flights per week)
- Naples (two flights per week)
- Split (two flights per week)
- Tenerife (eight flights per week)
- Verona (two flights per week)
- Zante (three flights per week)
