UK-based developer Ennismore has partnered with Accor and the CP Group to bring the Jo and Joe, Hyde and Tribe brands to New Zealand.
The brands fall under the Ennismore lifestyle division, with which Accor formed a joint venture in 2021.
Between 2023 and 2024 Auckland will gain a Joe and Joe property and two Tribe hotels, while Queenstown will see the addition of a Hyde property.
The four signings will build on the group’s existing presence in the region, which already includes Tribe Perth and SO/Auckland (pictured), and the forthcoming SO/ Melbourne, Mondrian Gold Coast and 25 Hours Sydney.
