British Airways and American Airlines have launched a new partnership with American Express Global Business Travel, to offer premium international customers free Qured Covid-19 antigen test kits.
The carriers said that “Business travellers who book premium seats on American or British Airways between the United States and the United Kingdom, departing from either country, through GBT will be eligible to receive the kits”.
Eligible customers will receive a promotional code after travel is ticketed, allowing them to order their test kits from Qured website, which will be delivered to the traveller at the location(s) specified on their itinerary.
Customers will be able to order the kits from early 2022, while US and UK travel guidance continues to require them.
Results from Qured antigen tests are ready within 20 minutes of swabbing, with electronic verified results being shared with the patient two hours after their remote consultation.
Both British Airways and American have been partnering with Qured for discounted tests since early 2021.
