Accor has announced the signing of a new Mercure hotel in Malaysia.

Through this, the hospitality brand brings the recently launched concept of “Mercure Living” that features convenient amenities such as kitchenettes, working spaces as well as encouraging the shared living areas for the first time in the country.

Mercure Living Putrajaya hotel is scheduled to debut in April 2022, with 299 modern guestrooms and suites, an all-day dining restaurant, and an executive lounge.

Other amenities include a 52-metre infinity saltwater swimming pool, a fitness centre, a tennis court and a spa.

The property is a 30-minute drive from Kuala Lumpur International Airport and the city centre.

The hotel is centrally located in the Administrative Centre of Malaysia, and is housed within the Shaftsbury Putrajaya retail complex and connected to Alamanda Shopping Mall.
