Marriott International is to open a new hotel under its W Hotels brand in the city of Rome in Italy.
Scheduled to open in September 2021, W Rome will feature 162 guestrooms and suites featuring private balconies and terraces.
The property is also within walking distance from the city’s popular local attractions such as the Villa Borghese Gardens, Spanish Steps, Saint Peter Church and Vatican Museum – Sistine Chapel and Trevi Fountain.
The guestrooms’ interiors are done in bold colours. These accommodation options offer good space, W signature beds and luxurious Davines bath products.
Its F&B offerings include an all-day dining Giano Restaurant spearheaded by the Italian Michelin-starred chef Ciccio Sultano and Otto Rooftop offering innovative cocktails, crudo and pizzas. Guests can also head to the W Lounge Bar for some pre-dinner wines and spirits.
Other facilities include a 24-hour fitness centre and a wet deck.
