Punjab Grill will open its flagship restaurant in the Middle East at The Oberoi, Dubai – Business Bay in the second quarter of 2021.
A part of the Lite Bite Foods group’s (owner of the Punjab Grill brand) extension plans into international markets, which already has establishments in Bangkok, Singapore and Washington DC, this will be the second venture for Punjab Grill in the UAE.
“We have had huge success with our first restaurant here in the UAE since it launched in 2015, at The Ritz Carlton Grand Canal, Abu Dhabi, and felt it was the right time to bring the concept to Dubai. We are very excited to begin this important strategic relationship with The Oberoi Dubai, as we expand across the UAE and GCC region. Hospitality has changed over the last year and we are in a time when people are seeking more intimate experiences; this location fits that demand perfectly, blending that intimacy with luxury,” said Amit Burman, chairman, Lite Bite Foods.
The Oberoi, Dubai currently has a host of F&B outlets including Ananta serving Indian food, La Mezcaleria Kitchen & Lounge for authentic Latin American cuisine and Kimura-ya for Japanese dishes.
