Ziya, Michelin Starred Chef Vineet Bhatia’s modern Indian restaurant is serving a curated menu with Bailey’s desserts. The menu is designed by Chef Bhatia himself and is available from February 9 until February 14, 2021 for lunch and dinner.
On offer are delicacies such as Bloody Mary lassi jelly, crisp asparagus spear; Amritsari fish, green pea & garlic crush, coconut khichdi; Chicken tikka in white lentil marinade; rosemary lamb chop and chocolate-baileys and strawberry cheesecake.
