Emirates has announced plans to resume three more routes to the US in the coming weeks.

From February 1 the carrier will relaunch nonstop flights to Seattle, followed by flights to Dallas and San Francisco from March 2.

The routes will join existing US services to Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York JFK, Toronto and Washington DC.

San Francisco will operate four times weekly using a B777-300ER, while Seattle will be served four times weekly and Dallas three times weekly, both with B777-200LR aircraft.

The new follows rival Gulf carrier Qatar Airways’ decision to bring forward the launch of its new Seattle service to January 29.
