Air India announces new international flights

Air India has announced new flights to Chicago, San Francisco, London and Birmingham.

The flag carrier of India will operate flights on New Delhi-Chicago and Hyderabad-Chicago sector from January, 2021. Bookings can be made through Air India website, booking offices, and authorised travel agents.

Non-stop flights have been scheduled between Bengaluru and San Francisco from January 9, 2021, to October 28, 2021. This will be Air India’s longest route at 14,000+ km (8,698 miles) and longest flight to and from India (over 16 hours).

The carrier will operate additional flights to the United Kingdom from January 19, 2021, to March 24, 2021. Flight from Chennai to London will operate every Wednesday and from London to Chennai every Tuesday. Flights on the Delhi-Amritsar-Birmingham sector will also operate from December 11, 2020, to March 27, 2021.

Air India Express, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Air India has announced more flights to Bahrain from Kerala. The airline has also released the flight schedule for the Kuwait-Vijayawada-Kannur sector.
