Etihad Airways has released an official podcast – Altitudes by Etihad –  with its group CEO, Tony Douglas, providing personal insights on hot topics ranging from the airline’s COVID response to other 2020 challenges.

Listeners can get a behind-the-scenes look at the airline and the aviation sector from Douglas’ perspective, with the first episode of this frank and honest podcast series revealing the airline’s initial response to the grounding of the fleet earlier this year.

Douglas also talks about the airline’s new Etihad Wellness proposition, addresses the industry requirement for universal health visas and its response to COVID-19 and answers burning questions around potential flights from Abu Dhabi to Israel and persistent rumours of Etihad merging with Emirates.

In the podcast, Douglas also comments: “As countries open back up, we need to stay focused and maintain momentum – it’s all about little victories. What we have done successfully, is continued to make lots of little victories that not only sustained our motivation, but also recognised the remarkable progress that’s been made in the most difficult of times.”

‘Altitudes by Etihad’ can be found on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts and other major podcast platforms. Find a full list here: https://linktr.ee/etihad
