Regus has announced plans for two new UK centres, located in the Birmingham suburb of Rubery and the Buckinghamshire town of Aylesbury.

The new 12,650 square foot Birmingham facility will be situated within the Longbridge regeneration scheme and is scheduled to open later this year.

The centre will feature over 160 workstations, as well as 75 offices, and meeting / virtual office facilities. Regus says its expects the centre to attract local small businesses, start ups and remote workers, “as well as national firms opening satellite offices and global businesses establishing a footprint in the local area”.

Meanwhile the group is also set to a new facility in Aylesbury this autumn, occupying 710 sqm on the ground floor of The Gatehouse office building (pictured above).

Located on Gatehouse Way around a mile from Aylesbury station, the centre will offer 120 workstations, as well as private offices, co-working space, meeting rooms and virtual office services.

The new facility will join an existing Regus centre in Aylesbury, also located on Gatehouse Way.
