A new partnership between Cathay Pacific’s Marco Polo Club loyalty programme and Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong will see elite members benefit from a new range of year-round privileges at the Central district property.
Diamond and Gold Marco Polo Club members who book a stay through the hotel’s call centre, website or by email will now receive a complimentary room upgrade, early check-in and late check-out, along with complimentary breakfast. A personalised curbside check-in is also offered to Diamond and Gold members, while Diamond members can make use of the hotel’s complimentary airport escort service when arriving in Hong Kong. Four Seasons staff will also greet members upon disembarkation from flights and will offer guidance through immigration and luggage assistance.
Benefits are also extended to dining and spa privileges, which Diamond and Gold Marco Polo Club members can enjoy without needing to book a stay at the hotel. Members are guaranteed reservations at the hotel’s two-Michelin-starred French restaurant Caprice, along with receiving a complimentary glass of champagne – an offering also available for members dining at the property’s three-Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant, Lung King Heen.
Meanwhile, a signature Marco Polo Club cocktail – which includes Absolut Mandarin, St Germain, lychee, lemon and grapefruit bitters – will be offered complimentary to elite members when ordering food at the Pool Terrace, Blue Bar or The Lounge.
Additionally, Marco Polo members now get a 10 per cent discount on all spa, and manicure and pedicure treatments at The Spa – again, along with a complimentary glass of champagne.
Speaking about the partnership, Cathay Pacific’s general manager marketing, Julian Lyden, said: “We are always looking at ways to enhance our Marco Polo Club members’ benefits by joining forces with globally renowned brands, so we are naturally delighted to welcome Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, a property synonymous with luxury and prestige, as our newest partner.”
