Travellers from Singapore have until tomorrow to book free flights to Malaysia onboard Jetstar for travel between July 1 and March 25, 2010.
The budget airline is offering 88,000 free seats to mark its new daily Singapore-Penang service, set to start on July 1.
"Singaporeans going to Penang used to travel on the road for nine hours or pay high airfares," said Chong Phit Lian, Jetstar chief executive officer. "With the addition of Penang to our network, they can now head to Penang in under two hours. They can enjoy one of Malaysia's best destinations, spending more at their destination and less on their journey."
The free seats, however, apply to all Jetstar flights in Malaysian destinations such as Kuala Lumpur, Kota Kinabalu and Kuching.
