ANA will resume flights to Australia for the first time in 16 years in December.
The Japanese carrier will launch a daily B787-9 Dreamliner service between Tokyo Haneda and Sydney on December 11/12.
Outbound flight NH879 will depart Haneda at 2210 and land in Sydney at 0935 the following day, with return leg NH880 leaving Sydney at 2130 and arriving in Tokyo at 0505 the next day.
ANA first flew to Sydney in October 1987 with a service from Tokyo Narita, reports airlineroute.net.
The airline last operated flights to both Sydney and Brisbane in 1999.
Last month, it emerged that ANA will discontinue its daily B787-8 service between Tokyo Narita and Paris from October 25 (see news, June 4).
