Emirates is launching a daily service between Dubai and Chicago this summer.
The route will be operated by a Boeing 777-200LR and starts on August 5.
Outbound flight EK235 will depart Dubai International Airport at 0945 and arrive at Chicago O'Hare at 1525. Return service EK236 will leave Chicago at 2035 and land in Dubai at 1910 the following day.

"We welcome the chance to establish a non-stop trade bridge between these two great cities and, via our Dubai hub, to more efficiently link Chicago area passengers and shippers with our international network beyond Dubai to over 140 destinations spanning six continents.
"This is good news for trade and tourism for both cities, and jobs that rely on both, as well as for consumers who will benefit from greater competitive choice."
Chicago will be Emirates' ninth US gateway. Its eighth, to Boston, starts next month (see news, September 19).
