Nadler Hotels is to open its first Manchester property, within a new-build tower close to the River Irwell.

The 110-room hotel will be housed across the first ten floors of St John’s Place, and will feature “Nadler’s signature mini-kitchen and original contemporary interior design”.

Scheduled to launch in 2019, the tower will also comprise residential apartments, cafes, restaurants and wellbeing facilities.

St John’s Place forms part of the larger St John’s development, located on the site of the city’s former Granada Studios.

According to developers Allied London the St John’s neighbourhood and tower “has been inspired by mid-century classical architecture and offers unparalleled views across Manchester”, and will be surrounded by “beautiful, green space”.

Nadler recently unveiled plans for a fourth London property in Covent Garden.
