Crown Group has unveiled its new “Skye Hotels Suites” brand, which will debut as a new hotel in the Sydney suburb of Parramatta in early 2017.
Skye Hotels Suites will form part of the 29-storey V by Crown Group development, which is located near the Parramatta Square precinct and train station.
It will feature 72 studios, as well as one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. Facilities will include a resort-style pool, gym, foyer area, conference room, restaurant, sauna, business centre, and retail piazza. There will also be a bar on level 26, which will deliver 270-degree views of the city skyline.
“We have been looking for the right location to launch Skye Hotel Suites in Australia for some time and Sydney's metropolitan centre Parramatta presents the perfect opportunity for Crown Group’s entry in the hospitality market,” said Crown Group national development director Pierre Abrahamse.
“Sydney has evolved into a sophisticated city off the back of strong economic growth and continues to top international city rankings for both travel and lifestyle,” he added.
More Skye Hotels Suites properties are being planned in Sydney’s CBD and Green Square in the future.
