Tata-Singapore Airlines joint venture Vistara is to operate daily flights from Delhi to Chandigarh and Hyderabad from May 2, as part of the airline’s new summer schedules.

With this development, Vistara will connect 16 destinations in India. Chandigarh is the sixth destination in Vistara’s north India network, after Jammu, Srinagar, Delhi, Lucknow and Varanasi.

The number of weekly flights offered by the Indian airline will be 400.

Vistara also recently unveiled its signature lounge at T3 at Delhi International Airport (see news March 30).
