Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts will open its latest property, the Shangri-La at the Fort in Manila on March 1 this year.
The 576-room building is one of the tallest in the Philippines at 250m high, with views of Manila Bay and the city. The hotel is located in the Bonifacio Global City (BGC), the financial district of Manila.
John Rice, general manager of Shangri-La at the Fort, Manila said “BGC is known as the home of passionate minds, and our vision is to deliver contemporary luxury in one place, where people can collaborate, discover and explore on-trend facilities in a dynamic energetic location.”
The property features both Grand and Junior Ballrooms, capable of hosting 1,200 and 715 guests respectively, as well as 19 multifunction rooms and two floors of fitness facilities.
Hong Kong-based Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts currently owns or manages 95 hotels across 23 countries.
