Emirates will expand capacity on its Dubai–Manchester route by introducing a second daily Airbus A380 operation next month.
Effective from 1 February, the gulf carrier will introduce flight EK19 and EK20 into its schedule.
Flight EK19 will depart Dubai International Airport at 1435 and arrive in Manchester at 1835. Following a short two-hour layover, the aircraft will take off again at 2025 as flight EK20, before touching back down in Dubai at 0740 the following day.
Emirates currently serves the Dubai–Manchester route with two daily return services – one served by the A380, while the other is operated by the B777-300ER. The addition of the second A380 service will increase the total number of operations on the route to three.
