Passengers at Changi Airport are now able to use the newly launched online shopping portal, iShopChangi to browse and purchase duty-free products.
iShopChangi is an e-commerce platform that offers a range of popular duty-free products available at Changi Airport’s retail stores. Travellers can shop from home, saving them time at the airport.
Popular products available on the website include perfumes and cosmetics, wine and spirits, and technology gadgets.
The purchase and collection procedure is simple and basic. A "click and pick" option is available where passengers can click to purchase their desired items via the portal, and then pick them up at their departure terminal on their way to the flight gate.
The iShopChangi Collection Centre, where passengers collect their duty-free products, can be found in the Departure Transit Mall of each terminal. Members of Changi Rewards, the airport’s loyalty programme, can also earn points for every Singapore dollar spent online, and enjoy discounts and promotions.
Changi Airport has been rapidly expanding and improving its services. This year alone has seen the introduction of a new themed garden in Terminal 2 (see here), along with the plans for a new mega-complex (see here).
