Incheon International Airport upgrades customer services

10 Dec 2010

Incheon International Airport (IIA) is upgrading its customer service facilities by introducing a centralised information centre and a mobile website enabling visitors to navigate the airport and Seoul with greater ease.

Services to do with airport and tourism information as well as transportation have been streamlined, creating an easy one-stop shop for visitors. Staff speak English, Japanese and Chinese. There is also a self-service option that provides electronic devices displaying flight and tourism information.

The airport has also rolled out its mobile website – www.airport.kr – for smart phone users to access via web browsers. Available in Korean and English, it furnishes key data about flights, transport and airport facilities.
