Cathay Pacific opens booking aide to all customers

Cathay Pacific has extended the “Manage My Booking” website service, previously only available to members of its Marco Polo Club and Asia Miles loyalty programmes, to now include all of its customers. The travel aide provides flight status reports as well as the function to edit their personal information.

The service is accessible on via a tab labelled “Manage Booking” on the website home page. Passengers can log in as a non-member by keying in their name as it appears on their ticket and their booking reference number or e-ticket number to proceed.

Upon log in, passengers can view updated flight status reports for both Cathay and Dragonair flights, as well as for connecting flights on other carriers.

In addition, passengers can enter or edit their contact details to ensure they are informed of any booking or flight changes, check travel alerts, advisories and access links to baggage requirement and visa requirements, view details and requests for inflight special services, as well as information on facilities available onboard and at the airport.
