Wizz Air is known for endless schedule changes as “it moves capacity around” as its then UK boss told LBC 97.3 in an interview a couple of years ago.

Indeed just a couple of weeks ago Wizz Air announced that several dozen more routes were only axed a couple of weeks ago (although most of these were within mainland Europe).

Now the budget airline faces a further problem which could ground almost 25 per cent of its Airbus fleet.

Therefore it is likely that Wizz Air will be making further schedule adjustments in the future (until the engine problems are resolved).
