What on earth has happened to Avis?!

    I’ve been with Avis for years…been Preferred too.
    I always book easily on the phone. Tried this morning on all the numbers with the recorded messages failing then disconnecting. Eventually got through to an agent who didn’t have a clue…sounded Dutch, who told me to phone again! 7th time spoke to someone else who also failed to help.
    Thank goodness for Hertz…
