    Travelling home after 2 wks away – catch up with friends & long sports tournament…

    Arrive with plenty of time at BNE…

    BAG DROP
    Be advised that second bag would cost where have travelled numerous times with the airline with no objections… $70 later and no ability to avoid this due to already completed online check-in… disappointed with lack of customer service and flexibility with this.

    DEPARTURE GATE
    Arrive at the gate again with plenty of time to find that due to engineering issues (cabin crew delays to connect onto the flight), plane was running late… 25 min late after expected departure time.

    CABIN CREW
    No issues with them; very friendly and helpful. Only thing was that not all products available for purchase; travelled over the last 4 flights over last 3 mths. same product not available (banana bread); either state that it is no longer available or notify customers via information in menu.

    BAGGAGE CLAIM
    At ADL – no issues with this.

    Disappointing experience fr BNE airport staff… one negative from a normally effortless experience with a good company.
