Great seat. I love it. Much much better than BA, no comparison. All my JFK trips would be with AA from now on. Service could be sketchy though. Don’t know if its true or not but I read that AA staff are expected to provide better customer service on these flights so many staff avoid them… Service was perfect on the return flight, I was also give a full bottle of champagne and a glass so I can pour at my leisure. Free internet access is brilliant too. Facetime works a treat! All in all, well done AA.
Dear NTA, thanks for that, great to see. Glad they are still serving Gosset! Perhaps the pre departure fizz was a local sparkler, and only open the real stuff once airborne!
