Despite all the vitriol in the Hate Mail about T5, I can tell you the terminal is stunning, the lounges beyond compare (especially the Concorde Room) and when travelling on leisure, hand baggage only, with lounge access, a short delay is simply an opportunity to quaff some more vintage champagne!

I am sure once the terminal is bedded in it will be an unrivalled travel experience, and a facility the whole country will be proud of as the Gateway to Britain.
