I've never on a long haul flight had to pay for tea or coffee. To only be given one with your meal and then expected to pay for more whilst on a 10hr flight is disgusting.

Every other long haul airline I've used has never charged for this or for entertainment. You get given four films any more and it will cost you.

The food offered was very good as was the snack just before landing.
