24th Dec Flight Ba287 LHR to San Francisco has arrived with over one hundred passengers without any hold luggage. We were delayed 50 mins , excuse given on board was to off hold two bags for a no show passenger. The first we were told the baggage belt was broken was after the bags did not show after arrival bags were missing. Appreally the same happened yesterday. How many more flights are BA now sending without bags for most passengers? Media need to investigate the hidden story. We Were due to depart today, not delayed due to snow.

Update: On the 25th Dec there was only one BA flight, instead of the usual two, from LHR to SFO. Onboard were 111 misplaced bags from previous days. Apprently this has been happening for one week, where a large number of bags were not loaded onboard on time.

Some of our bags were on this flight, delivered to us on the 26th Dec. With the remaining bags delivered on 27th Dec.

I wonder how many more bags at T5 did not make the right flight.
