Swiss A320-214 Business (short-haul)

    Had checked in on line and needed to print off boarding passes, self service machines slow and some out of actions, queued and told to use machine instead, lady didn’t seem to understand, but went to business desk and completed process smoothly. Through security and to Swiss lounge in Zone D, given code for Wifi and had a croissant and some water , read some newspapers and then boarded. Business passengers called first (but decided to wait), queue at desk to scan boarding pass, then another member of staff checking passports. Queue long and slow moving as general boarding call and not by row number. Push back 7 minutes late. Short taxi and take off soon after. Water and wipe given once seated. Same vegy as out bound, had water and then a tea as requested. Despite circling around LHR arrived promptly. Crew polite but poor at ensuring seat back up and blinds still closed on landing for passenger opposite. A bit blowy but down ok and short taxi to gate. Long walk to arrival halls, IRIS worked with help fro staff very quiet in immigration. Bags off late, priority tag made no difference.
