Warning Sri Lanka Air Lines systematic practice of overbooking (first come go, and the last remaining), we lost € 3,000 (€ 2,000 for airfare and expenses of € 1000)

A recording, s n ‘have never wanted us to certificate of overbooking. When we called the phone sri lanka (they do not get the customers), we were offered another flight the next day with more than € 300 per person, or another flight three days later, but always overbooked, but not safe to leave, and after two days of negotiations, they never wanted to pay us back, stating they had not presented for registration.

They are lied several times and in bad faith.
If your flight goes well, you will have no problem in case of overbooking, delay, or cancellation, the problems will start, it’s a small company with limited resources, and they do not want to spend a penny. As a precaution prefer larger companies.
