I don’t bother with it much but saw one post today about BA headed “BAO Boston-London.” It stated the 737 from Boston was cramped etc with bad air quality. 737? Transatlantic? The site may not be the best one to look at for an unbiased opinion but surely they must edit complete inaccuracies? Or am I missing something, maybe there is a 737 longhaul, Tiger Moth to LA.
It’s the pub crawl BA flight! It stops in Canada, Greenland and Iceland for a beer!
Well It demonstrate a bit more the lack of reliability of the Skytrax ranking “based of travellers’ feedbacks”.
Skytrax is an entirely commercially funded venture, and if you take a look at their “preferred” and five star carriers, with a few notable exceptions to lend credibility, they are much more about the airlines having deep pockets than a genuine appreciation of quality, particularly when you take in the totality of the offering.
Of course, BA does fly an A318 from London to New York.
A 737-700 can leap the atlantic, Astraeus operated LGW to Deer Lake in Canada (may still do.)
