I see Ryanair are going to adopt a group structure, with four operating airlines (Ryanair DAC, Ryanair Sun, Ryanair UK and Laudamotion) underneath a holding company parent.

I suspect at least part of this is to maintain registration on both sides of the EU/UK divide after Brexit, but as far as I am concerned, it merely means there are now four airlines I will have to make sure I never fly on not one …
