Pilots have had quite enough of the bullying and intimidation, and the most atrocious work conditions at Ryanair, of any Airline in Europe. They have voted to Strike.

Clear bullying and intimidation used on a daily basis, are the reality from numerous inside sources, even to the point of not being allowed water on the aircraft, or a drink of any kind. Any work conditions resistance, pilots are threatened with their home base being changed, to anywhere in Europe, and if they do not agree, leave.
Regulators and Employment law, are Not being applied due to the numerous bases, and countries, leaving it impossible to apply.
Threats by O’Leary, were used a few days ago as a backlash, as he clearly is aware of the imminent Strike vote.
He has threatened to close routes, let go 900 staff, routes and change Winter and Summer schedules ahead.

In recent weeks, Passengers have been buying the crew a hot or cold drink on many flights, as they realise the awful conditions they are working under.
Not being entitled to a basic drink whilst working, having to collect water from the airport after security, or from the toilet taps, is degrading and humiliating, yet a simple fact of a Pilot working within this Airline.

It really appears to be the Worst Airline to work for in Europe, to treat staff in such am atrocious manner?
The Management refuse to comply with Regulation, claiming they are not multiple Companies, Contracts, and in many bases, means they continue to get out of the compliance other Airlines have to conform too.
