Has anyone else found that it’s next to impossible to get through to a human being on the QR UK customer service line? I have spent 30 minutes on the phone so far in two goes, trying to pay them money, and nobody seems keen to answer and take it.

Perhaps they should route calls to the long line of desks at Doha premium check-in, where there are plenty of trained staff sitting around idle?

Had the same myself Tim a few times, so I started to call the aiport ticket offices directly, I assume they will take your money?
