    Business class BRU-DOH 09 MAY 2013. Business class layout is spacious and comfortable. IFE is fine, but the choice of movies is limited and mostly old.

    Service was definitely not the best I’ve experienced, there were enough FA’s but it seemed to me that no one knew what they were supposed to be doing. To me it seemed more of a ‘practice’ flight than actual ‘performance’. I would guess that there was no clear leadership within the cabin staff and it lead to this.

    Despite this, the food and drinks were of high quality and everyone was friendly. It helps a lot especially if things aren’t fully coordinated.
