Hi – am new to this forum. Am travelling back from Sydney to London in November (SYD-SIN BA First, then SIN-LON Qantas Business). Booked this flight to travel on the A380, but have now been informed of a change of plane to 747.

Qantas is honouring the booking – and as this was a reward flight, I know I’m lucky to have it at all. However, I am a little disappointed as wanted to sample the A380 and the fully-flat beds. Having read various reviews, I understand the product on the 747 is not as good.

My question to everyone – I read recently that Qantas is reconfiguring their 747’s with the fully-flat Skybed – anyone know the timeline for this? I am travelling back late November (and as a reward flight can no longer change the dates of travel).
